Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], Feb 10 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh on Sunday staged a protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Andhra Pradesh earlier in the day by sporting a black shirt.
Lokesh was at Tirupati electronics manufacturing cluster to perform bhoomi puja for 10 electronics companies.
Lokesh and Andhra Pradesh industries minister Amar Nath Reddy were seen wearing black shirts as a mark of protest against the Prime Minister's visit in the state.
Lokesh slammed the BJP-led central government for not fulfilling Andhra Pradesh reorganization act promises including special status to the state.
The Chandrababu Naidu-led Andhra Pradesh government since long has been demanding implementation of special category status for the state. (ANI)
