Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) [India], Mar 31 (ANI): YSRCP star campaigner and sister of YS Jaganmohan Reddy, YS Sharmila on Sunday undertook 'Bus-Yatra' in Narsaraopet constituency, during which she hit out at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Talking to ANI, Sharmila said: “Chief Minister Naidu made around 650 promises before coming to power but he was not able to fulfill even a single promise. That is why I think the people are tired of him. Naidu as CM has miserably failed."
Sharmila said: “There was an allegation that YSRCP allied with the BJP and the TRS. In fact, it was Chandrababu who had allied with the BJP.”
She said: "There is no question of any alliance. Post-election we will see who gives us special category status. That is the most important thing for the people of Andhra Pradesh."
"N Chandrababu Naidu has totally failed as the Chief Minister. It would be the aptest to call him a 'con minister' instead of Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh," she told ANI.
"Jagan Mohan Reddy took out ‘pad yatra’ of 3600 kms. He heard and understood the problems of people," said Sharmila.
She said: "Jaganmohan Reddy is the son of late YS Rajshekhar Reddy who was the amazing chief minister and a great leader of the people. If anybody is more trustworthy than him, it is his son only." (ANI)
