Murlidhar Mohol slams INDIA alliance over 'Voter Adhikar Rally,' claims they run "fake factory of narratives"

Speaking to ANI, Mohol alleged that the opposition was once again trying to mislead the public through a "fake factory of narratives", similar to their approach during the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Maharashtra.

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], August 17 (ANI): Minister of State (MoS) for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol on Sunday criticised Congress leader and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi, as well as the INDIA alliance, over the launch of the 'Voter Adhikar Rally' in Bihar, accusing them of targeting the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
Speaking to ANI, Mohol alleged that the opposition was once again trying to mislead the public through a "fake factory of narratives", similar to their approach during the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Maharashtra.
"I feel that these very people, the INDIA alliance, also tried to run a factory of fake narratives during the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra. But the people of Maharashtra gave them a fitting reply and rejected them. With a clear majority, the Mahayuti government was formed here. Now they are attempting the same in Bihar. But I believe people already know that they have no real issues, they only spread lies. And people have understood this. Whatever Rahul Gandhi is trying to do, he himself will have to face the consequences, because the public mandate is not on his side. Not just in Bihar, but across India, they don't even have double-digit figures in any state assembly," he stated.
He further added, "This is just another of their attempts. They keep trying, and people have noticed that in the name of the Constitution, they have run a factory of false narratives. Even after that, our respected leader had said that we all, the entire nation, must stand united and fight together (ek hai to safe hai). But they tried to present even that in a distorted way before the people."
Highlighting the opposition's conduct in Parliament, the minister expressed confidence that the INDIA alliance's efforts would fail.
"They have not succeeded at any level so far. Their ongoing efforts will also fail. People recognise that they have no issues, no vision for the nation's development. Even while being in the Opposition, during the entire last session of Parliament, they could not raise even a single constructive issue. People sent them there to work, not to disrupt the House and push the country backwards. I believe people understand this. Whether they try it in Bihar or anywhere else, the outcome will be the same. Now, as they attempt this in Bihar, people there too will completely reject them. This is nothing but theatrics, which people clearly see through. All this drama is being done only for their own politics, for votes. But the people will not fall for it; they will reject it outright," he further stated.
