MP: Guna ADM wants to spend time with Abu Salem in jail

According to a Lok Sabha bulletin issued on September 16, Lok Sabha Speaker has nominated Javed Ali Khan and James Pangsang Kongkal Sangma, Members of Rajya Sabha, as Special Invitees to the Joint Committee.

Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi on Tuesday targeted the BJP-led Uttar Pradesh government over the demolition of a mosque in Saharanpur, alleging that the administration is causing distress to Muslims solely to consolidate its vote bank. 

According to a press release, during the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed his deep respect for the Aga Khan Foundation and highlighted its significant contribution to the restoration and preservation of Telangana’s heritage.

Authorities organised the first ever conference on theatre in Kashmir, aimed at promoting and creating awareness among youth about the region's centuries-old theatrical legacy, which dates back nearly to thousands of years but has suffered setbacks over more than three decades of conflict and the pressures of the modern world.

The Governor of Telangana, Shiv Pratap Shukla, on Monday welcomed His Highness Prince Rahim Aga Khan V, the 50th hereditary Imam of the Shia Ismaili Muslims and Chairman of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), to Lok Bhavan, Hyderabad, during his first official visit to India and Telangana after assuming his responsibilities, and called for further strengthening cooperation between Telangana and the AKDN in the areas of education, healthcare, urban development and community welfare.
