MP Congress Chief Jitu Patwari raises serious allegations in Ashoknagar case claiming victim along with family missing

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], July 11 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari has raised a serious concern about the Ashoknagar case, where a man was thrashed, allegedly fed human excreta and claimed that the victim along with his family is missing.
Patwari faced a legal action of an FIR being registered against him following the complaint of the same victim on the charge of allegedly inducing him to make false claims about 'feeding faeces'. The man, Gajraj Lodhi, a resident of Mundra village, submitted an affidavit to the Ashoknagar collector in this regard.
Addressing a press conference in Bhopal on Friday, the Congress leader said, "A victim, Gajraj Lodhi who pleaded continuously with people from different political parties, leaders, police administration, collector stating he was beaten up, allegedly fed faeces and his motorcycle was snatched and video evidence of which is also available. When I made the government aware about the entire incident, it got angry and an FIR was filed against me."
"But the question is that it has been 14 days now (since FIR was registered), where is the victim's family? Congress leader Digvijaya Singh had gone to his house and the villagers say that he has not come home since June 26, the day he submitted an affidavit to collector). So this question arises, where is the whole family? We very humbly request that the victim's family be brought in front of the public. Whether the family is kidnapped or any other incident happens with him," Patwari asked.
He further requested Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, who is also state Home Minister to take cognizance into the matter to find out, what happened to the victim whether he was murdered or kidnapped?
"Now, where did he disappear after giving an affidavit to the police? I wish a good, civilized and law-abiding Madhya Pradesh, so I request the government to bring the family into the public domain," Patwari said.
Reacting to Patwari's allegations, MP Minister Vishvas Sarang said that Congress has a habit of spreading sensational news and there is a dirty tricks department in their office which handles it.
"Spreading sensational news is a habit of Congress. Earlier he said that the man was fed faeces which the victim himself denied. A Dirty Tricks Department works in the Congress office that only adopts dirty tricks and spreads sensational news. This will not make you accepted among the public. Congress leaders should talk about the reality," MP Minister Sarnag said. (ANI)
