Leaders of INDIA bloc arrive in Mumbai for mega meeting

Also, at today's meeting, the Opposition Alliance is likely to unveil a logo for the bloc. Several senior leaders, including Malikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Mamta Banerjee, among others, have already arrived in Mumbai.

New Delhi [India], September 1 (ANI): The opposition's Indian National Development Inclusive Alliance, or INDIA, is all set to hold the third meeting in Mumbai today, where 63 representatives from 28 parties will take important decisions and also finalise the action plan that will be adopted to take on the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Lok Sabha elections.
Also, at today's meeting, the Opposition Alliance is likely to unveil a logo for the bloc. Several senior leaders, including Malikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Mamta Banerjee, among others, have already arrived in Mumbai.

JD (U) leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar arrive at the venue in Mumbai to join the opposition parties meeting.

Former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, who is the key host of the meeting, along with his son Aaditya Thackeray, and other leaders of the INDIA alliance arrive at the meeting venue in Mumbai.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Yadav, along with his son and present Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, and RJD leader Manoj Jha, arrive at the India alliance meeting.

Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibbal, along with UBT leader Sanjay Raut arrived at the venue to join the meeting.

Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav arrived at the venue to join the meeting.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the meeting venue.

This is the third meeting of the INDIA alliance aiming to discuss the strategy for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls 2024.
The meeting will discuss the alliance strategies for the Lok Sabha election and the seat sharing in the states. A new slogan of the INDIA alliance is also likely to be launched.
The first meeting of the joint opposition convened in Bihar's Patna on June 23 and the second meeting was held in Karnataka's Bengaluru on July 17-18. (ANI)
