Lankan Navy arrests three Indian fishermen with heroin

Rameshwaram (Tamil Nadu) [India], Oct. 27(ANI): Three Indian fishermen were arrested and their boat impounded by the Sri Lankan navy near Rameswaram for allegedly possessing two kilograms of heroin.

Rameshwaram (Tamil Nadu) [India], Oct. 27(ANI): Three Indian fishermen were arrested and their boat impounded by the Sri Lankan navy near Rameswaram for allegedly possessing two kilograms of heroin. The Sri Lankan navy is questioning the arrested Indian fishermen in this connection. Earlier, on October 24, the Marine Police of Coastal Security Group (CSG) arrested three Sri Lankan fishermen, along with their fibre glass fishing boat, in connection with poaching in Indian waters.(ANI)
