Lalu's politics won't work without ranting about Nitish: JD(U)
New Delhi [India], August 13 (ANI): Hours after Rashatriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav questioned Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's affiliation with Anant Singh, Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)) leader Ajay Alok said that taking Nitish Kimar's name fetches him the attention he craves for. "If he doesn't rant about Nitish Kumar four times a day, his politics remains incomplete. His supporters won't listen and the media won't interview him if he doesn't take Nitish's name," Alok said. Taking a jibe at Yadav, Alok said that taking Nitish Kumar's name would help him in reducing the sins. "Just like people full of sins chant God's name, Lalu should keep taking Nitish's name. More importantly, Lalu is the epitome of a person full of sins," he added. These comments were made after Yadav broke his silence over the issue of an alleged conversation which took place between him and former Siwan lawmaker Mohammad Shahabuddin while the latter was in jail. The RJD chief said that he was accused of speaking to Sahabuddin, a tainted politician, but at the same time, there is no issue on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is speaking to Anant Singh, another tainted politician from Bihar. Speaking on the same, Alok said that there are significant differences in the circumstances of the two conversations. He said, "As far as Yadav talking to Shahabuddin and Nitish talking to Anant Singh goes, Singh was not an inmate of a jail and was Nitish's MLA." (ANI)
