Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 21 (ANI): Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut on Friday launched a scathing attack against the Centre alleging the misuse of the central investigation agencies and said that Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal was arrested without any evidence against him.
"Kejriwal always defeats Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is why he got arrested during the time of the general elections in the country. There is no evidence against him. There are no documents that go against him. Kejriwal was kept in jail for about three months that too in an unlawful way. Many more ministers are in Tihar jail. Hemant Soren too is in jail," said Sanjay Raut at a press conference in Maharashtra's Mumbai.
Earlier, Raut took a jibe at the government formed by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at the centre and said that it is not stable and can fall anytime.
Raut said that the situation in sansad is not similar to what it was in 2014 and 2019. If Rahul Gandhi says that they can make the government fall anytime, then, there is a meaning to it. The NDA government that has been formed at the centre is not stable enough. Anything can happen. (ANI)
