Chamarajanagar (Karnataka) [India], August 10 (ANI): Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday inaugurated the memorial of former Governor B Rachaiah and said that he was always in favour of the oppressed.
"Rachaiah was the most renowned politician in the state politics. He would talk less and work more for the poor," Siddaramaiah said.
