New Delhi [India], Feb 19 (ANI): Actor Ravi Kishan on Sunday officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said he has the joined the saffron party to serve the poor.

New Delhi [India], Feb 19 (ANI): Actor Ravi Kishan on Sunday officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said he has the joined the saffron party to serve the poor. Asserting that his focus is on development, the Bhojpuri actor said, "I have come to the party (BJP) that thinks for the poor. My focus is on development and not on insulting others." The ceremony took place at 10 am at 11 Ashok Road in the national capital. This is not the first time that Kishan is joining a political party. In 2014, Kishan had contested elections on the Congress ticket. (ANI)
