Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) [India], July 15 (ANI): In a shocking statement against the Uttar Pradesh government over the loss in the Lok Sabha elections, Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad on Monday said that some officers carry the ideology of Samajwadi Party, Congress and Bahujan Samaj Party but on outside it is only lotus (BJP).
Nishad also asserted that workers in a party play a significant role in establishing it.
"The country is governed by the law, which operates under the Constitution. To implement the C`onstitution, we need a government, and the government is formed by parties. Party workers build and expand the party; they bring the party's policies to the ground level. They go to the grassroots and elevate those at the bottom. Therefore, the workers are like gods and are the backbone of the party," he said.
"Workers are greater than the government. To gain respect, comfort, and prosperity, one needs power. Power cannot exist without political strength, which comes from the organization. Creating strength is the job of the organization. However, due to 2-4 per cent of officials, though 95 per cent of them are correct. If they were not correct, how would Uttar Pradesh become the best state? Like one fish can spoil the whole pond, "Andar se cycle, Haathi aur Panja hai aur upar se kamal, Jab Mauka paate hai to yahi hota hai" (internally they are symbols of cycles, elephants, and hands, while externally of the lotus. When they get the opportunity, this is what happens.), Nishad added.
The Uttar Pradesh minister also pointed out that if the bulldozer is used, where will the votes come from?
"Look, the bulldozer is a terror for the mafias. But if there is a poor woman who has been living there for 90-100 years and doesn't have papers, some people object. So, they go and use the bulldozer. "Yadi kisi gareeb ko ujadenge to vo hame ujadega hi na( If we displace a poor person, they will displace us politically)," he said.
"For example, in Jaunpur, a woman complained against a Yadav Pradhan, and after investigation, the complaint was found to be valid. The Pradhan stopped the investigation and filed a complaint against the woman, resulting in a bulldozer demolishing her house," Nishad added. (ANI)
