INDIA bloc's Coordination Committee meeting underway at Sharad Pawar's residence in Delhi

The first meeting of the Coordination Committee of the INDIA (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) is underway at NCP chief Sharad Pawar's residence in the national capital.

New Delhi [India], September 13 (ANI): The first meeting of the Coordination Committee of INDIA (alliance">Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) is underway at NCP chief Sharad Pawar's residence in the national capital. 
After reaching Delhi for the meeting, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said that seat sharing and what formula will be used and how new members can be brought to the alliance will be discussed.
"The agenda will be known during the meeting...Seat sharing and what formula to use and how new members can be brought to the alliance will be discussed," said Abdullah. 
The first meeting of the Coordination Committee of the INDIA alliance will discuss the Special Session of Parliament among other things.
Opposition's alliance">Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) in its third meeting in Mumbai on September 1 announced a 14-member coordination committee. 
The names of 13 members have been announced; however, the name of one person is yet to be revealed. The Opposition has yet to choose a convener.'
The 14-member committee includes KC Venugopal (Congress), Sharad Pawar (NCP), TR Baalu (DMK), Hemant Soren (JMM), Sanjay Raut (SS), Tejasvi Yadav (RJD), Abhishek Banerjee (TMC), Raghav Chaddha (AAP), Javed Ali Khan (SP), Lallan Singh (JD(U)), D Raja (CPI), Omar Abdullah (NC), Mehbooba Mufti (PDP) and one leader is from the CPI(M) that will give the name later.
The opposition parties, united under the banner of the alliance">Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), concluded their third meeting in Maharashtra and adopted resolutions to collectively contest the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections while announcing that seat-sharing arrangements would be finalized as soon as possible through a spirit of give-and-take.
