Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Aug. 7 (ANI): Incessant downpour unleashed on parts of coastal Odisha on Sunday, after more than a 24-hour spell of heavy rainfall. Heavy rain is continuing to lash at most places of the state since early this morning. The local Met office said the low pressure, which had centred over north Odisha, has now moved further and was lying over the northeast Madhya Pradesh and neighbourhood, will cause heavy rainfall at most places in interior Odisha today. As the state receiving continuous rain since past four days, the Hirakud Dam authorities have opened 10 sluice gates to manage the flood water coming from Chhattisgarh. (ANI)
