With regard to the annual survey -- 'Swachh Survekshan' -- in which a total of 500 towns and cities will be ranked and rewarded with awards for active implementation of the mission initiatives in a timely and innovative manner, the GHMC is conducting mass awareness campaigns through 'Gandhian philosophy' (to request for a drastic change constantly in the system).
