Global community must act against 'mother of terrorism' Pakistan
Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Nov. 2 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh on Wednesday accused Pakistan of violating the Geneva Convention and called on the global community to take notice and act to end this reign of terror. Singh told ANI, "Today the firing is comparatively less and the farmers are ready to harvest their crops. Farmers want to cut their crops and animals are being killed. Almost 100 animals have been killed so far. Many people have been injured are being treated in the hospitals." "The way Pakistanis recently mutilated the body of our soldier, is basically violating the Geneva Convention. Pakistan is a rock state and is encouraging terrorism and is supporting them through cover firing. Today, the international community should take a cognition, and ultimately, Pakistan is the mother of terrorism, and in the entire world, the epicenter of terrorism is Pakistan. This is a challenge for the entire civilization and the world community will have to give them a befitting reply," he added. "We have migrated a lot of people to safer places and are also providing all the basic requirements," he said. On Tuesday, eight people were killed and 22 were injured when Pakistan troops heavily shelled border hamlets and posts with mortar bombs along the International Border (IB) and the LoC in Samba, Jammu, Poonch and Rajouri districts of Jammu and Kashmir. Two women were killed and 13 others injured during shelling with 82 and 120 mm mortar bombs in Rajouri, Jammu, Poonch districts. Army sources said two Pakistani soldiers have been killed opposite to Noushera sector along the LoC in Rajouri district. (ANI)
