Forest officials rescue leopard in UP's Amroha district
Amroha (Uttar Pradesh),[India (ANI): Forest department officials have confirmed rescuing a leopard that was trapped in Uttar Pradesh's Amroha district. According to the officials, the leopard's leg got ensnared in a trap which is mostly used by farmers in their fields as well as by hunters. As people gathered to take photographs of the leopard, a forest official said that they were informed about the incident and sent a team to rescue it. In recent times, a number of cases of big cats being spotted in the villages of the district have been reported. (ANI)
