Dynasty in democracy is 'nasty': Venkaiah Naidu on SP rift

"UP, as the PM said yesterday, has to be converted into Uttam Pradesh and only BJP can do that. And a big state like UP lagging behind in development, it's no good for the country. The country is moving forward and UP is lagging, that's why people need to support BJP in the coming round of elections," he said. Yesterday, cornering the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, Prime Minister Modi urged the nation to break the cycle of the two parties to make Uttar Pradesh an "Uttam Pradesh". Expressing confidence, Prime Minister Modi said the people would give absolute majority to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Taking a jibe at both the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, the Prime Minister said: "On one side, there are those who want to save their family. On the other side, there are those who just want power. While, we are those who just want to save Uttar Pradesh.
