New Delhi [India], Jan. 19 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday said the dubious land deals in the diaries of former engineer-in-chief of Noida, Yadav Singh, indicated a clear case of corruption, adding Uttar Pradesh could not move ahead on the development front courtesy the corrupt Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party. "This is a clear case of corruption. Had the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party not involved in corruption, Uttar Pradesh would have progressed a lot. They should remember that prison is ready for them. These types of people won't be forgiven. The BJP will definitely form the government in the state," Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya told ANI. The recovery of two diaries belonging to Yadav Singh has revealed his various dubious dealings, cash transactions and links with influential people. One of the diaries was reportedly seized from a bank locker in Delhi earlier on November 29 last year by the Income Tax department. The first diary allegedly contains details of cash transactions by Singh with several shell companies Singh's various foreign trips have also come under the scanner as the IT believe the trips were a means to deposit his illegally amassed wealth.
