Demonetisation is big cheating with nation: UP CM Akhilesh
Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Dec. 25 (ANI): Lambasting the Centre over its demonetisation move, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday said it is cheating with the nation which led to halting of the entire trade sector of the country.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Dec. 25 (ANI): Lambasting the Centre over its demonetisation move, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday said it is cheating with the nation which led to halting of the entire trade sector of the country. "Money is not black or white. It is just the trade of cash which is in black or white. It is a big cheating with the nation as entire trade has been halted," he said. Akhilesh alleged the Centre for playing politics over the Ganga as no constructive action has been performed. "The people came to power on the basis of Ganga cleaning but politics has been played over it for last two and a half years. Yet no work has been done," he said. Earlier, Akhilesh termed cashless economy as a "bigger dream" than 'achche din' and said the demonetisation move will be an issue in the upcoming assembly elections in the state. (ANI)
