Delhi: Minor girl gang-raped by two juveniles, one held

New Delhi [India], Mar. 2 (ANI): A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two juveniles, one of who was her friend, in Bindapur area in Delhi after offering her lift in a car, police said on Thursday.

New Delhi [India], Mar. 2 (ANI): A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two juveniles, one of who was her friend, in Bindapur area in Delhi after offering her lift in a car, police said on Thursday. According to the reports, on her way to school, the Cl. XI student met her friend, who offered her a lift after which he took her for a ride to Bindapur area where they were joined by one of his friends. The duo offered her a drink spiked with sedatives and allegedly gang-raped her. They girl was later thrown out of the car near her residence. One of the accused has been arrested. The victim has been admitted to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. The police have registered a complaint. The case has been registered under section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and sections 328,342,366 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). A manhunt is on to nab the other accused, police officials said. (ANI)
