Delhi HC disposes off BSF jawan Tej Bahadur's wife's plea

he Delhi High court while disposing a Habeas Corpus petition held that Minor childrens' custody with mother, who is a natural guardian, can not be termed as illegal. A British Citizen of Pakistan origin Yasir Ayaz had moved a petition of Habeas Corpus for production of his children and their repatriation to the United Kingdom as per the order of UK Family court.

Earlier on Wednesday, the alert troops of White Knight Corps of the Indian army conducted a joint search Operation Sherikalan in Gen Area Poonch, and recovered approx 4 kg of explosives. They have been destroyed in situ.

We have organised these camps in other places also, because this is a very remote area, and people might not get the proper medical facilities."
