New Delhi [India], August 6 (ANI): Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said on Tuesday that a conspiracy is being hatched by LG Vinai Kumar Saxena, his lawyer and the Health Secretary to keep Delhi sick and in line with this, they have filed false affidavits against him in the court.
"The High Court formed the Sarin Committee, and the Sarin Committee also gave very good suggestions. The High Court ordered the implementation of these recommendations. Instead of implementing these recommendations, the Health Department has filed a false affidavit in the High Court so I cannot verify its authenticity. I was not asked to verify this affidavit, the Health Secretary himself approved it. My name was written twice in that affidavit that these two files are pending with the Minister, whereas those two files did not even reach me. A conspiracy is being hatched by the LG, his lawyer and the Health Secretary to keep Delhi sick and file false affidavits against me in the court," Bharadwaj said.
Earlier, Saurabh Bhardwaj sought an explanation from Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar about his claims of pending decisions and directed him to spell out what decisions have been pending.
He also referred to a note issued from his office on July 29. Minister Bharadwaj has directed CS Naresh Kumar to submit third-party audit reports of desilting by various departments. (ANI)
