"Congress 'Shehzada' will go abroad after June 4": BJP candidate Suresh Kashyap

Addressing a public meeting in the Pacchad assembly segment of Shimla Constituency today, Kashyap said, "The fifth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has started today, and two more phases are yet to be held, and it is clearly visible that the way Rahul Gandhi had to leave the Amethi seat and contest from Rae Bareli, this shows his fear, and this time he is going to lose the elections from Rae Bareli also."

Pachhad (Himachal Pradesh) [India], May 20 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party Lok Sabha MP and candidate in Shimla constituency Suresh Kashyap made a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi and said that after the election results scheduled to be announced on June 4, the "Shehzada" of Congress will go abroad on leave.
He also said that the manner in which Rahul Gandhi had to leave the Amethi seat and opted to contest from Raebareli reflects his fear of losing the polls.
Addressing a public meeting in the Pacchad assembly segment of Shimla Constituency today, Kashyap said, "Congress Shehzada will go abroad after the election results on June 4. The fifth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has started today, and two more phases are yet to be held, and it is clearly visible that the way Rahul Gandhi had to leave the Amethi seat and contest from Raebareli, this shows his fear, and this time he is going to lose the elections from Rae Bareli also."
"Rahul Gandhi is contesting elections from Raebareli, considering it his ancestral seat, but he should understand that the seat is not anyone's estate. Only the people will decide who will represent them in Parliament? Today the public wants to ask Rahul Gandhi, What did he, his mother and his sister do during the Corona period, and with what face is he going among the public to ask for votes in the elections today?" he added.
Further, the BJP leader said that Congress leaders want to scare the country, but we want to tell them that Pakistan, which used to scare us by showing bombs for 70 years, now has a begging bowl in its hands.
"Congress has a history of betraying our armies and soldiers. The country's biggest scam was done by Congress in the army itself. As long as Congress remained in power, it always kept on establishing this track record of creating new scams. Bofors, submarine and helicopter scams, all these scams are dark chapters of the Congress era. The Congress governments never asked the soldiers about their small needs, the soldiers were not even given clothes, shoes, bullet proof jackets and good rifles as per their needs, they were given sticks and told that they would not be hit by the bullets of the terrorists. But today the strong government of Prime Minister Modi has stopped all this," he said.
Suresh Kashyap also asserted that after abolishing Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir is also moving towards development.
"This election is going to explain the importance of who should be the Prime Minister and to whom the reins should be handed over. If there is a strong government in the country, then even the enemy thinks 100 times before pointing fingers at it," Kashyap said.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership is associated with his activism, efficiency, and stability.
"Running a country with a population like India, where 142 crore people live, is not like selling powder. For that, a chest of "56" inches is required, which only Prime Minister Narendra Modi has," he added. (ANI)
