New Delhi [India], October 4 (ANI): After AAP MP Sanjay Singh was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday, Delhi Congress President Arvinder Singh Lovely said that Congress does not support any type of irregularities.
Speaking to ANI, Lovely said, "Congress doesn't support any type of irregularities and action should be taken against those found guilty in liquor policy case. If any person is found involved then the person should be arrested."
However, he stated that investigative agencies "cannot be used to fulfill political agendas."
"But if a person is being arrested on the basis that he/she is not cooperating in the investigation, then it is a misuse of the agencies. Investigative agencies cannot be used to fulfill political agendas," he said.
