"Can't move forward with bankrupt ideas": BJP's Prakash Javadekar slams Congress

BJP leader Prakash Javadekar lashed out a the Congress, stating that the party can't move forward with its "bankrupt ideas" and will suffer badly in the elections.

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], May 13 (ANI): BJP leader Prakash Javadekar lashed out a the Congress, stating that the party can't move forward with its "bankrupt ideas" and will suffer badly in the elections.
Speaking to ANI in Pune, the BJP leader said, "Last time in Maharashtra we got 41 seats but this time we will get more. There is a Modi wave in the country because people are thinking about their future and are voting for PM Modi. We are confident that we will cross 400 seats..."
PM Modi who is seeking his third term has set a target of 400 Lok Sabha seats. "Abki Baar, 400 Paar" (This time, above 400).
Replying to a query, the BJP leader said, "Congress is going to suffer badly in the elections. They can't move forward with bankrupt ideas. What is their agenda? Those who want to win the support of foreign forces...Those who are being praised by the Pakistan. Such people are not being called good by the citizens of the country.
On the voting in the Pune parliamentary constituency, the former Union Minister said, "There would be good voting in Pune this time. And BJP candidates will win the seat with a good margin".
Voting for the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections in 96 Parliamentary Constituencies across nine states and one Union Territory began today at 7:00 am.
Voting is underway in 11 seats in Maharashtra. These Lok Sabha constituencies are Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Raver, Jalna, Aurangabad, Maval, Pune, Shirur, Ahmednagar, Shirdi, and Beed.
Polling for all 175 seats of the State Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh and 28 seats of the State Legislative Assembly of Odisha also started simultaneously with the Lok Sabha polls.
So far, till phase 3 of the Lok Sabha polls, polling has concluded smoothly and peacefully in 283 Lok Sabha seats.
The next round of voting will kick-start on May 20, and May 25 and finally end next month on June 1.
The counting and results will be declared on June 4. (ANI)
