BSF seize 13 gold biscuits worth Rs. 45 lakh in Amudia

Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], Mar. 7 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday recovered 13 gold biscuits weighing 1518.910 grams worth Rs. 45, 07,365/- from the border outpost of Amudia.

BSF seize 13 gold biscuits worth Rs. 45 lakh in Amudia
Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], Mar. 7 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday recovered 13 gold biscuits weighing 1518.910 grams worth Rs. 45, 07,365/- from the border outpost of Amudia. BSF troops planned and launched special operation where they observed movement of a person who was approaching India from Bangladesh on a bicycle. When the accused came near to 'Tunu Gate' near the International Boundary, he was intercepted to stop but ran away towards to Bangladesh, leaving behind the bicycle. On thorough search, 13 gold biscuits were recovered from the tyres. A case has been registered and further investigations are underway. (ANI)
