Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], December 21 (ANI): BJP MLA Prahlad Singh Patel on Thursday said that the development model of his party comes with a successful proven past and Congress can never raise questions about it.
Former Union Minister Patel also said that Congress should learn from their mistakes.
Speaking to ANI, Prahlad Singh Patel said, "The BJP's development model comes with a heritage. Congress has never been able to speak about it. They should improve on their mistakes. If they find our mistakes, we don't have any issues; we are habitually improving our mistakes. The first session is about discussions without any obstruction, so I would like to thank the opposition for this."
Also, BJP MLA Kailash Vijayvargiya said that the session of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly started on a good note.
"I am proud that new MLAs have spoken well both of the ruling party and the opposition. Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar has conducted the session well. The legislative assembly proceedings were top-level," Vijayvargiya told ANI.
Earlier, former Union minister and senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Narendra Singh Tomar, was unanimously elected as the speaker of the Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly on Wednesday.
The first session of the 16th Madhya Pradesh Assembly session began on December 18. (ANI)
