This is the second suicide in one week, just three days ago, Deputy Superintendent of Police in Chikmagalauru, Kallappa Handibagh, 34, was found hanging at his relative's home in Belagavi. His father-in-law alleged that he was "professionally and personally humiliated". Ganapati had accused Minister for Bengaluru Development and Town Planning K.J. George and other officials of harassing him in his suicide note. "So, people are not happy with this government and demand Chief Minister to take resignation of George and take necessary actions and according to the criminal procedure court and give law and order most importance. If not, then everything will collapse," Yeddyurappa said. Now, it is high time, centre should intervene, he added.
