BJP leader Bansuri Swaraj urges people of Delhi to elect "double-engine government"

After the Election Commission announced dates for Delhi Assembly elections, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bansuri Swaraj on Tuesday urged the people of Delhi to come out in large numbers to vote for the party on February 5.

New Delhi [India], January 7 (ANI): After the Election Commission announced dates for Delhi Assembly elections, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bansuri Swaraj on Tuesday urged the people of Delhi to come out in large numbers to vote for the party on February 5.
"Every dedicated worker of the BJP is ready for the elections...For the past decade an 'AAP-da' has plagued Delhi...I urge people of Delhi, especially the youth, to come out in large numbers to vote for the BJP and elect the double-engine government of BJP in Delhi," Swaraj told ANI.
BJP MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that people will get a chance to elect a government that will work for the development of the people.
"The public will vote for the BJP and elect a BJP chief minister... The AAP government has failed to provide basic facilities to the common man... The public will vote for the BJP in the name of development," Sehrawat said.
Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva said that the people of Delhi were eagerly waiting for the dates of the elections.
"5 February is a date of change...The people who looted Delhi and the public of Delhi will vote to get rid of this 'AAP-da'...A double-engine government of the BJP will be formed on 8th February," Sachdeva said.
The Delhi Assembly elections will be held in a single phase on February 5, while the counting of votes will take place on February 8. (ANI)
