"BJP in Andhra Pradesh means Babu, Jagan and Pawan": Telangana CM Revanth Reddy

Mangalagiri (Andhra Pradesh) [India], July 8 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Monday participated in the 75th birth anniversary celebration of former CM of combined state (then AP and Telangana), YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
He also slammed the newly elected alliance government in the state and said that BJP means "Babu, Jagan and Pawan."
He further praised APCC chief and YSR daughter YS Sharmila and said that in the state, she is the only one standing on the people's side.
"The main opposition in AP is YS Sharmila. BJP is in power in this state. Here BJP means Babu, Jagan, and Pawan. Everything here is on the BJP's side. Currently, in Andhra Pradesh, only YS Sharmila is on the people's side, fighting on public issues," he added.
CM Reddy said that memories of YSR are forever with us.
"He is the creator of YSR welfare schemes and is like family to us. The memories of YSR are becoming stronger in the hearts of the poor as time goes by. The absence of YSR is clearly visible to us, and society will discuss this deficit," he said.
"The party here may be weak, but it is not lacking in fans. I have a different opinion of YSR. I stepped into the legislative council for the first time and was a strong advocate for YSR to come into focus. Apart from being a child, YSR is the answer to every question. His behaviour is our role model even when he is in opposition. Whoever gives a petition, he gives time to all and receives all appeals in the public darbar," he added.
The Telangana CM also pointed out that YS Rajasekhara Reddy walked to bring Congress into power in Andhra Pradesh and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi also walked with the same spirit, thus bringing the party to power in Karnataka and Telangana.
"He (YSR) walked 1,400 kilometers from Chevella to Ichhapuram and said he brought the Congress party to power in AP. Congress came to power in Karnataka and Telangana with Rahul's Bharat Jodo Yatra. The Congress party got opposition status at the center. Even if Modi wins for the third time, it will not be a victory," CM Revanth Reddy said. (ANI)
