Bihar: Youth urinated upon after being beaten for stealing bike

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), July 22 (ANI): In yet another incident which brings to the fore the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar, a youth has been allegedly beaten up by the husband of panchayat head, his nephew and others for stealing a bike in Paru area of Muzaffarpur district.

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), July 22 (ANI): In yet another incident which brings to the fore the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar, a youth has been allegedly beaten up by the husband of panchayat head, his nephew and others for stealing a bike in Paru area of Muzaffarpur district. To add to the woes of the youth, they even urinated upon him to vent their ire. The victim's mother has named 11 people in her complaint. The police has begun its investigating into the matter. Muzaffarpur Superintendent of Police Vivek Kumar has asked a deputy superintendent of police to investigate into the complaint.(ANI)
