Atishi retains 13 portfolios as CM, allocates departments to her cabinet

Hours after taking oath as Delhi Chief Minister along with her cabinet, Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi allocated portfolios to the council of ministers and retained all the 13 departments that she held earlier as minister.

New Delhi [India], September 21 (ANI): Hours after taking oath as Delhi Chief Minister along with her cabinet, Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi allocated portfolios to the council of ministers and retained all the 13 departments that she held earlier as minister.
Among her ministerial team, Saurabh Bhardwaj has eight portfolios, Gopal Rai three, Kailash Gahlot five and Imran Hussain two.
Mukesh Ahlawat, the new face in the government, has five portfolios.
Atishi has portfolios of Public Works Department, Power, Education, Higher Education, Training & Technical Education, Public Relations, Revenue, Finance, Planning, Services, Vigilance, Water, Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs and any other portfolio not specially allocated to any other minister.
Saurabh Bharadwaj has portfolios of Urban Development, Irrigation and Flood Control, Health, Industries, Art Culture & Language, Tourism, Social Welfare and Cooperative
Gopal Rai has retained portfolios of Development, General Administration, Environment, Forest and Wildlife.
Kailash Gahlot has retained Home, Information and Technology and Transport department and also has Administrative Reforms and Women and Child Development.
Imran Hussain has retained Food & Supply and Election department.
Mukesh Ahlawat has portfolios of Gurudwara elections, SC &ST, Land & Building, Labour, and Employment.
These portfolios were being handled by Raaj Kumar Anand, who resigned and joined BJP.
Atishi was elected leader of AAP legislative party after Arvind Kejriwal resigned as Delhi Chief Minister days after he was released on bail in the Delhi excise policy case.
