NTR (Andhra Pradesh) [India], October 24 (ANI): Expressing solidarity with Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP on Monday organised "Jaganasura Dahanam" in the NTR district on the eve of Vijaya Dashmi.
The party urged people to take part in the protest against the state government led by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, which was held between 7:00 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. today.
According to NTR TDP in charge, Devineni Umma, the TDP workers wrote "Psycho Povali" (the psycho should leave) on a piece of paper and burnt it down in front of their houses or in the streets.
Earlier a day, TDP General Secretary, Nara Lokesh, took to 'X' and wrote, "At Rajamahendravaram, we carried out "Jaganasura dashanam' and set fire to posters of Psycho Povali. Later we held a rally and protested the illegal arrest of Chandrababu".

In another post on 'X', Lokesh portrayed CM Jagan Mohan as Ravan.

"The country is cremating Ravanasur; let us cremate Jagannasur. Let us condemn the psychopath Jagannasur, who is running an anarchic and destructive regime. On October 23, on the occasion of Vijayadashami, take to the streets between 7 p.m. and 7.05 p.m. and burn papers written "Psycho Povli". Share that video and photo on social media. Let's celebrate this Dussehra festival as the victory of good Chandrababu over evil psycho Jagan," Nara Lokesh said on X.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court on Friday asked the Andhra Pradesh police not to arrest former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the FibreNet case till it delivers judgment on the plea in the Skill Development scam case.
A bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi posted the anticipatory bail of Naidu in the FibreNet Case for hearing on November 9.
Naidu is currently in judicial custody.
Vijayawada ACB court on Thursday extended Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief N Chandrababu Naidu's remand in the alleged multi-crore skill development scam case till November 1.
Chandrababu Naidu was presented virtually before the court from the Rajahmundry Central Prison.
The former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and TDP chief was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on September 9 in connection with the multi-crore skill development scam case, leading to apolitical turmoil in the state with several TDP leaders alleging that the arrest was nothing but a political "witch-hunt" and that Naidu was held on the basis of false allegations.
