Andhra CM Naidu's son takes oath as Cabinet Minister

Velagapudi (Andhra Pradeh) [India], Apr.2 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's son and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national general secretary Nara Lokesh Naidu on Sunday took oath as the state's Cabinet Minister. Along with Lokesh, 10 others were also inducted into the Cabinet while five ministers were dropped. The swearing-in ceremony took place at the State Government Transitional Headquarters premises at Velagapudi in the Amaravati capital region. Earlier, the Chief Minister had said that his new team would focus on the next elections while performing their tasks. Lokesh, who heads the TDP's youth wing, was formally inducted into the party in 2013. (ANI)
