Andhra CM Naidu meets six Union Ministers in Delhi, takes up issues related to state

He further deliberated upon mechanisms to effectively coordinate for timely intervention and action at the end of the Government of India.

New Delhi [India], July 4 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday met with six Union Ministers in New Delhi and took up multiple issues related to respective ministries.
He deliberated upon mechanisms to effectively coordinate for timely intervention and action at the end of the government of India.
CM Naidu met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and requested to release Rs 385 crore as land cost, for establishing Greyhounds Training Centre, and Rs 27.54 crores towards operational cost.
He also requested Home Minister Shah that the AP police IPS cadre review should be scheduled at an early date.
On meeting with Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, the Andhra Pradesh CM highlighted the Outer Ring Road(ORR) project that will have a phenomenal impact on the development of the new capital of Amaravati.
Along with this, the development of a greenfield express highway from Hyderabad to Amaravati, Vijayawada Eastern Bypass, and others was put forth with Gadkari.
CM Naidu also requested Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal to prioritize the transfer of Government of India Salt Lands for Port-led Industrial Development to the State government at their registered value.
He also held a meeting with Union Agriculture Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan and requested the sanction of an integrated aquapark for the state of Andhra Pradesh.
He also requested to devise a policy for increasing the subsidy to horticulture farmers along with others.
The Andhra Pradesh CM also requested Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Power to promote Vizag-Kakinada as a Green Hydrogen manufacturing hub.
Further, on meeting with Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of Petroleum, Chandrababu Naidu requested the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) to set up a refinery in the state as per Section 93(4) of APR Act 2014.
Chief N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital, where Andhra CM sought the central government's support on significant matters pertaining to the state's development. (ANI)
