AAP announces list of candidates for Madhya Pradesh assembly polls 

The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday released its first list of candidates for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly polls.

New Delhi [India], September 8 (ANI): The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday released its first list of candidates for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly polls. 
The party released the list of a total of ten candidates for assembly seats including Sewda, Govindpura, Huzur, Dimani, Morena, Petlawad, Sirmmor, Sironj, Churhat, and Maharajpur. 

The Madhya Pradesh assembly polls are scheduled to be held later this year. 
After the state assembly election in 2018, the Congress formed the government with Kamal Nath assuming the post of Chief Minister. 
Later in 2020, the state witnessed political pandemonium as along with Congress's Jyotiraditya Scindia, 222 other MLAs resigned from the party, thus, the Bharatiya Janata Party coming to power with CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan. 
Meanwhile, the AAP has also released its first list of ten candidates for the upcoming Chhattisgarh assembly polls. 

The Chhattisgarh assembly polls are scheduled to be held later this year. (ANI)
