An eight-month-old infant who was allegedly kidnapped from the Khajuri Khas area in northeast Delhi was rescued by police within days, with a couple arrested in connection with the crime, officials said.

The case has been registered based on a complaint filed by the deceased victim's father.

The video of the incident had gone viral, showing the accused woman hurling racial slurs against the three women.
