Woman, daughter found dead at home; husband, son on railway track: Police

"We received information from Salara locality that a woman and a girl child were found dead in a house. So when we came here, we found them dead. The woman has been identified as Rina and her daughter was aged six to seven," Old Sabzi Mandi Station Incharge Satyapal said.

Rohtak (Haryana) [India], September 16 (ANI): A woman was found dead at her home along with her daughter (aged six-seven) in Salara locality in Haryana's Rohtak district, police said on Saturday. On investigation it was found that her husband along with her two-year-old son was found dead on the railway track. 
"We received information from Salara locality that a woman and a girl child were found dead in a house. So when we came here, we found them dead. The woman has been identified as Rina and her daughter was aged six to seven," Old Sabzi Mandi Station Incharge Satyapal said on Saturday.
"After investigation, we got to know that her husband (Sandeep) and their son aged almost two, were also found dead after being run over by a train. Their bodies (husband and son) have been sent for post-mortem and we will be sending their bodies (woman and her girl-child) for post-mortem as well," the police official added.
On the reason for the cause of death of the woman and her dauther, the police-station in-charge said, "There were marks around her neck which suggests that a rope was used. We are yet to find out who is the accused and the motive for commiting the crime."
Police said that they got to know about the husband and his son's death from family members. "Family members informed us about her husband and the child's dead body found on the railway tracks. The husband used to work at a company in Gurgaon's Manesar," Satyapal said. 
Speaking on the status of the investigation, the police offical said, "We will do the proceedings once we take statements."
Earlier in the day, a body of an unidentified young man was discovered wrapped in polythene in Azadnagar Ghatauli intersection of the Khandasa police station area in Ayodhya district.
Subsequent information revealed that an individual on a motorcycle was transporting the body, concealed beneath a tarpaulin when the accident occurred due to a loss of balance. The incident took a chilling turn as it was revealed that the perpetrators had attempted to dispose of the body while riding a motorcycle.
The grim discovery was made when the individuals riding the motorcycle lost control and tumbled onto the road due to a road breaker. The individual then fled the scene. A dedicated team was swiftly mobilized to address the situation and carry out the cremation of the deceased. (ANI)
