Widespread rain and thundershower on cards for Delhi NCR

New Delhi [India], Mar 14 (ANI): The National Capital and its adjoining areas such as Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad are expected to witness widespread rain and thundershowers on March 14 and 15, said India Meteorological Department.

New Delhi [India], Mar 14 (ANI): The National Capital and its adjoining areas such as Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad are expected to witness widespread rain and thundershowers on March 14 and 15, said India Meteorological Department.
"Widespread rain/snow would occur over WHR and isolated to scattered rainfall over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and north Rajasthan on March 14; and will decrease significantly on March 15 as Cyclonic Circulation has formed over Rajasthan and a trough is also extending up to Southwest Uttar Pradesh. The trough is now running South of Delhi," it said
On Thursday, the minimum and maximum temperatures of Delhi are likely to be 14 Degree Celsius and 25 Degree Celsius. The relative humidity will be oscillating between 85 per cent to 88 per cent throughout the day.
According to Skymet Weather, a private weather forecasting agency, rain showers have occurred over Pendra and Daltonganj districts of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand during in the last 24 hours.
These rains were a result of a Confluence Zone that is extending from East Madhya Pradesh up to Gangetic West Bengal across North Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand. (ANI)
