Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], May 3 (ANI): Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi on Saturday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi "non discriminatory and all inclusive" schemes, reflecting the principles of Saiva Siddhanta while addressing the 6th International Saiva Siddhantha Conference in Chennai.
Governor Ravi emphasiSed that PM Modi's schemes and programs are designed to promote inclusivity and non-discrimination, aligning with the teachings of Saiva Siddhanta. He credited PM Modi's leadership with building national energy and putting India at the center of world affairs.
""Today, when Bharat, we know how long it has suffered, but for the last eleven years under the leadership of a great nationalist leader our prime minister Shri Narendra Modi, a practicing Saiva Siddhanti, look at how all his schemes all his programs all is planning are non discriminatory and all inclusive because our Saiva Siddhartha doesn't teach discrimination among people. This is walking the talk, and the result we see is that our country, from nowhere, we are at the centre of world affairs because national energy is building up...," the Governor said.
The Governor highlighted the relevance of Saiva Siddhanta philosophy in today's world, emphasising its teachings on non-discrimination and inclusivity. He suggested that the philosophy's principles are being reflected in PM Modi's policies and programs.

Quoting spiritual leader Sri Aurobindo, the Governor said, "Sri Aurobindo at the time when Bharat became independent, he had defined Bharat. He said Bharat is Bharat Shakti, it is a living energy of a Sanatana spiritual conception and Bharat's existence depends on Bharat's loyalty and commitment to Sanatana Dharma."
He stressed the all-encompassing nature of Sanatana Dharma, saying, "It is all inclusive and there is no concept of any other may or may not accept. But we as a Sanatani cannot say that you are other, you are ours. We are all members of a family," he said. (ANI)
