Guwahati (Assam) [India], November 14 (ANI): Meghalaya Police on Thursday intercepted a vehicle belonging to Congress MP Rakibul Hussain near the Assam-Meghalaya border. The car, which was being driven by Hussain's son, was found to be using a red VIP beacon despite the MP's absence.
