Uttarakhand CM interacts with ITBP personnel posted in Munsyari

Munsyari (Uttarakhand) [India], October 29 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday interacted with the ITBP personnel in the border region of Munsyari.
The Chief Minister joined the ITBP jawans in chanting "Bharat Mata Ki Jai."
He also recalled Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visits, especially to border areas, including his visit to Adi Kailash, to "boost the morale" of the security forces.
"...You all know that our Prime Minister is the first Prime Minister of the country to visit Adi Kailash, Gunji region, Mana region, Harsil. He is the first Prime Minister of independent India to visit so many border areas. He didn't just visit. He also worked to boost the morale of our army personnel working in these areas, our paramilitary personnel, including the ITBP, and all the security forces," CM Dhami said after interacting with jawans at the ITBP camp in the border area of Milam.
PM Modi visited Adi Kailash on October 12, 2023, where he paid obeisance to Adi Kailash at his holy abode Parvatikund, mingled with locals, and interacted with Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel too.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that this year, PM Modi celebrated Diwali with personnel of the Indian Navy off the coast of Goa.
"And not only this, you must have seen his Holi or Diwali celebrations. This time, he was with the Navy. Sometimes he is in the border region, and sometimes in another region. His every action is aimed at boosting the morale of India's security forces, and he has also boosted the morale of our villagers in this region...," CM Dhami said while addressing the personnel..
Last year, PM Modi celebrated Diwali with the armed forces near the Indo-Pak border in Kutch.
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami also attended the 'Cooperative Fair' in Pithoragarh, on the occasion of the International Year of Cooperatives 2025.
Earlier in the day, the Uttarakhand CM was welcomed by locals as he arrived at the border area of Milam. (ANI)
