Uttarakhand CM Dhami's YouTube channel receives 'Silver Button'

The official YouTube channel of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been provided with a Silver Button by the social media platform YouTube.

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], October 20 (ANI): The official YouTube channel of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been provided with a Silver Button by the social media platform YouTube.
Director General of Information Banshidhar Tiwari presented the certificate received from YouTube to Chief Minister Dhami.
CM Dhami said that social media platform is the best medium for the exchange of information as well as publicity. He further said that the priority of the government is to make the schemes reach every citizen.
For this, while issuing instructions to all the heads of departments, he said that social media can be used better for the wide publicity of government schemes, and all the departments should reach out to the public.
Use social media along with traditional publicity methods to disseminate information about welfare schemes to the general public, he added.
On this occasion, members of the Chief Minister's social media team and other officials of the Information Department were present. (ANI)
