Uttarakhand CM Dhami offers prayers at Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple on his birthday

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], September 16 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami offered prayers at the Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple on the occasion of his birthday today. The CM's wife Geeta Dhami also participated in the prayers with him.
While speaking to reporters, CM Dhami said, "People in the state have been suffering due to damage caused by various natural disasters. I have appealed to everyone to reach out to affected people and help them out in every possible way."
"I wish that the aspirations about Naya Uttarakhand, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about, would become real. Uttarakhand will progress in every field," CM Dhami hailed PM Modi.
Earlier in the day, PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, extended birthday greetings to CM Dhami.
"Best wishes to Uttarakhand CM Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami Ji, who is at the forefront of various initiatives to transform the state. May he lead a long and healthy life. @pushkardhami," PM Modi posted on social media platform X.
Replying to PM Modi, CM Dhami said, "Respected Prime Minister, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your blessings and affectionate wishes! Under your able leadership and guidance, we are continuously working towards the all-round and holistic development of Uttarakhand. Your blessings always inspire us to achieve the goal of a strong and prosperous Uttarakhand. In accordance with your speech from the holy land of Shri Kedarnath, we are all determined to make this decade the decade of Uttarakhand."
