Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday directed officials to complete construction of the Sanay Dham by October 15. CM directed to complete the construction work within the estimated budget of Rs 94 crore for this.

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], July 12 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday directed officials to complete construction of the Sanay Dham by October 15. CM directed to complete the construction work within the estimated budget of Rs 94 crore for this.
Dhami also instructed the engineers not to take any kind of laxity in the quality of the construction work of the Sanaya Dham.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while chairing the meeting of the high-level committee organized in the Secretariat regarding the construction of the military shrine on Friday, directed the Minister of Sainik Welfare to continuously monitor the construction work of the military shrine so that there is no further delay in this work. He also asked to make a proposal to increase the financial assistance given to the dependents of the martyred soldiers, said officials.

He directed to immediately take action to employ the dependents of all such cases including the dependents of the five brave martyrs of the state martyred in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. The Chief Minister directed to make such arrangements in future in such cases that the work of employment in government service should be done without delay and a time limit should be fixed for this. He also asked to take immediate action to name the roads and schools around the villages of the five martyrs after these brave martyrs. He said that after the construction of the Military Dham, the MDDA should be given the responsibility of its maintenance and operation.
The Chief Minister has directed the District Magistrate Dehradun to resolve the land dispute arising in the construction of the Military Dham. He said that our state is not only Devbhoomi but also Veerbhoomi. Military Dham is also a symbol of respect for the soldiers and the rich military tradition of the state. It will also become a place of inspiration for our youth.
In the meeting, it was also decided to cancel the order issued regarding banning construction work within the radius of 500 meters of the Military Dham and to make this system rational. (ANI)
