Uttar Pradesh: Man charged with murdering father in Morena
A son allegedly killed his father by beating him to death with a baseball bat in Morena district of Uttar Pradesh. He also attacked his mother.

Morena (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 16 (ANI): A man has been arrested for allegedly beating to death his father with a baseball bat in Morena district of Uttar Pradesh.
The man also attacked his mother with a baseball bat, resulting in critical injuries to her.
She has been admitted to the hospital.
Upon receiving information, police officials reached the spot immediately and arrested the accused man.
"On getting information, we rushed to the spot and recovered a body. The accused has also attacked his mother and she sustained critical injuries and has been admitted to the hospital. We have arrested the accused son and are investigating the matter further," said police officials.
Police and forensic team have collected all the evidence from the spot and further investigation is going on.
The case was reported in the Duttpura Police Station area of Morena city.
According to the police, the arrested person was an alcohol addict and was admitted to a rehabilitation centre multiple times. (ANI)
