UP women who won medals in G-20 quiz get special mention in PM Modi’s Mann ki Baat; CM Yogi extends gratitude

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended gratitude to the Prime Minister for acknowledging the women of the state who won medals in the G-20 Quiz, Varanasi Milk Group and World University Games during his Mann ki Baat programme.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], August 27 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended gratitude to the Prime Minister for acknowledging the women of the state who won medals in the G-20 Quiz, Varanasi Milk Group and World University Games during his Mann ki Baat programme.
Yogi Adityanath, who listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Mann Ki Baat program live at his official residence, took social media platform ‘X’ and said, “Hearty thanks Prime Minister!"
 "Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appreciated the world record in the G-20 quiz held in Varanasi with the participation of 1.25 lakh students from 800 schools in the Mann Ki Baat program. This interest of the new generation and its participation is a reflection of the country's development. Hearty congratulations to the Prime Minister!" UP CM said.
Yogi Adityanath further said that both women-- who have won medals in the World University Games are the pride of the country.
"Pragati and Priyanka, the daughters of the state who have won medals in the World University Games while glorifying Mother India on the global stage, are the pride of the country.  Millions of youth will be inspired by both the daughters who were mentioned in the Mann Ki Baat program by respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Hearty thanks Prime Minister!" Yogi said.
The Chief Minister thanked PM Modi for the appreciation of Varanasi Milk Group and said, "Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the double engine government in Uttar Pradesh has provided new heights to the dairy sector. In ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program PM Modi mentioned the prosperity of Annadata farmers of Varanasi and surrounding areas through 'Varanasi Milk Union' and the continuous increase in their income is proof of this”
CM Yogi further said that in the 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav', the holy journey of uniting the country in the thread of unity is going to connect 140 crore countrymen with the spirit of 'Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat'”
"With the vision of 'Developed India' and the path of human welfare, the Prime Minister under 'Meri Mati, Mera Desh' has exhorted people to take part in Meri Mati, Mera Desh campaign to collect soil from every house in September and 'Amrit Kalash Yatra' in October. In the 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav', the holy journey of uniting the country in the thread of unity is going to connect 140 crore countrymen with the spirit of 'Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat” he added.
During his Mann ki Baat program, PM Modi said that the participation of 1.25 lakh students from 800 schools in the G-20 quiz held in Varanasi has created a new world record.
Referring to the Varanasi Milk Group, the Prime Minister said that this group is working on joint management to increase the income of milk producers and cattle herders, which indicates the White Revolution in UP.
Additionally, he congratulated and spoke to Uttar Pradesh's Pragati, who won a medal in archery at the World University Games, and Priyanka, who was part of the 20 km race walk team. (ANI)
