Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 28 (ANI): In its ongoing pursuit to transform Uttar Pradesh into a one trillion dollar economy and solidify the state's position as a pivotal growth driver for the nation, the Yogi government has taken a significant stride towards bolstering industrial development.
In alignment with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision, a new scheme has been introduced for the sale of vacant plots within the data centre project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited applications for five categories of plots in Sector 28 through Nivesh Mitra portal.
Under this process, which started from September 27, the premium of plots has been fixed, ranging from Rs 28.17 crore to Rs 176 crore, while the registration fee of plots has been fixed according to different categories, between Rs 2.81 crore and Rs 17.67 crore.
It is noteworthy that due to proximity to Jewar Airport, International Film City, Yamuna Expressway, and Buddha Circuit, those setting up industrial units by taking a plot will get the benefit of all the facilities, including better connectivity and the first world-class project of its kind in India in the form of the Pod Transit System.
According to an official statement, interested applicants can apply for plots in this project until October 26, 2023, and can find more information on the official website of YEIDA.
The data of vacant plots for the Data Center Project has been shared on the websites of Invest UP and YEIDA. According to this, information about the plot area, sector, rate of allotment per square meter, Preferential Location Charge (PLC), registration amount, and total premium has been provided, the statement added.
Moreover, the rate allotment per square meter for plotting number D-1 of Rs 1.25 lakh square meter in Sector 28 of Greater Noida has been fixed at Rs 12,786. On this, the registration amount, according to 10 percent PLC, has been fixed at Rs 17.67 crore. At the same time, the total premium has been fixed at Rs 176.73 crore (including PLC), which is the highest.
Similarly, in other four categories as well, interested applicants can obtain details about plot areas, registration, and premium amounts, along with other important information, through the official websites of Invest UP and YEIDA. For any further information or clarification, an email can be sent to YEIDA's email ID at industry@yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
YEIDA has joined hands with the Bank of Baroda for this project, and they will be participating as a banking partner in the project to handle the application and banking operations.
It is noteworthy that whether it is the auction of industrial plots or determination through the draw process, there has been minimal scope for human interference to carry out all these. This ensures that the eligibility of all applicants listed on the portal is assessed, and the system selects the most eligible applicants.
In this way, a corruption-free and impartial selection process is ensured, and applicants are successfully determined through this system in all Industrial Development authorities, including YEIDA. (ANI)
