UP Chief Minister pays tribute to deceased Army jawan, announces ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakh for kin

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Nov 18 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday paid tributes to the deceased Indian Army jawan from Agra who lost his life in an IED blast in Akhnoor.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Nov 18 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday paid tributes to the deceased Indian Army jawan from Agra who lost his life in an IED blast in Akhnoor.
The deceased jawan Santosh Singh Bhadoriya succumbed to his injuries at the Military Hospital in Udhampur on Sunday.
Adityanath announced ex gratia of Rs 25 lakh for Bhadoriya's wife. He also announced a state government job for one of the family members of the deceased.
Three army personnel were injured in a suspicious blast in Akhnoor sector on Sunday.
According to Army sources, the blast took place when the troops were moving around in an Army truck. (ANI)
